Levies will be payable by the residents of the Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village. The income from the levies will be used for the upkeep of common property of the Home Owners Association, the upkeep of common property of Sectional Title Body Corporate and the provision of the Lifestyle offering as defined by the Home Owners Association.

 

The Levies, as may be applicable to each owner,  will be invoiced on a monthly basis. The different levies for the Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village are:
