Robert Klein
Project Lead
Robert is a CA (SA) with more than 35 years of finance and business process experience. He is the CEO of the Action iT group of companies and is the lead on this project. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in managing professional services firms and has a wide array of functional, technical and management experience and has led projects in Business Architecture, Systems Design, Project Management, Feasibility Studies, Implementations, Strategy, Business Planning and Budgeting, Transformation and Change Management in both the Private and Public Sectors.
Ryan Klein
Project Officer
Ryan has a BCOM in Finance and Accounting and Masters in Sport Management. He has joined the team to assist with the project financial management, accounting, social media management, and client relations.
Sunset Coast Properties
Real Estate Partners
Sunset Coast Properties is a well-established independent real estate agency based in St Helena Bay on South Africa's West Coast. Sunset Coast Properties will provide specialist property marketing and sales services for the project, leveraging their established presence in the West Coast market and extensive network of buyers and investors. Their expertise in residential developments, vacant land sales, and coastal property transactions will play an important role in positioning the development and ensuring successful market engagement.
Teulu
Civil Engineers
Hanno is a civil engineer with 40 year of experience. He was a Technical Director and the Office Manager of the Element Vredenburg office and was accountable for the day-to-day management of the personnel as well as our regional budgets and projects. In May 2019 Hanno started Teulu Consulting Engineers and in 2023 Gadomski Consulting Civil- and Structural Engineers recently joined forces with Teulu Consulting Engineers to become one Teulu Consulting Engineers Group consisting of Teulu Consulting Civil Engineers and Teulu Consulting Structural Engineers.

Consulting Engineers
Triocon Consulting Engineers has been appointed as the project's Electrical Engineering Consultant. With over three decades of experience in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and fire engineering, Triocon will provide specialist electrical engineering services to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and sustainable outcome for the development.
Bouvier Construction
Building Company (Previously: Construction Company)
Bouvier Construction started operations in 1969. Initially the company operated in Gauteng but relocated to the West Coast in 1973 and has built approximately 850 homes in Vredenburg, Saldanha and Langebaan to date. In 1995 Bouvier Construction started with the current development activities at De Klip in Vredenburg. The development consists of 270 erven situated adjacent to Deurweg in Vredenburg. Of these erven, 63 remain serviced but have not yet been built upon. Bouvier Construction, through Action iT Investments have embarked on this project to develop the remaining erven into a lifestyle village with the same principles and standards as Bouvier Construction had become known for. Robert Klein has teamed up with the other members of the development team to conceptualise, develop and bring the Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village to reality.

The project will make use of the legal and conveyancing expertise of Madeleyn Inc., a respected Western Cape law firm with a strong presence in Vredenburg and extensive experience in property, commercial, and real estate law. Established in 1997, Madeleyn Inc. has built a reputation for delivering professional, reliable, and client-focused legal services across a broad range of sectors.
