Pricing and Availability

The development team have taken great effort in preparing a pricing model that takes into account all the required cost elements required to make the Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village sustainable. The sales price for each opportunity (residential or commercial) consist of various components, namely:

  1. The erf (Plot);

  2. The architectural plan (Plan);

  3. Professional Fees in respect of the Plot and Plan;

  4. Building Costs of the Plan;

  5. Professional Costs in respect of the Building of the Plan;

  6. Individual contribution to Home Owners Association shared fixed assets / infrastructure;

  7. Individual Contribution to Wi-Fi and Security;

  8. Agents Commission;

  9. Transfer costs and Statutory taxes;

 

Please note the following:

  1. The indicative Plot and Plan pricing (and availability) for freestanding homes are available on request;

  2. The indicative Apartment pricing (and availability) are available on request;

  3. The indicative Commercial opportunities pricing (and availability) are available on request;

  4. The indicative Frail Care and Medical Service space pricing is available on request;

  5. The indicative Clubhouse space pricing is available on request;

  6. The indicative pricing includes the contribution towards the Home Owners Association for the provision of the Security infrastructure, Wi-Fi infrastructure, Multi-purpose Meeting Venue, and other Home Owners Associations (HOA) costs as defined in the HOA Constitution; 

  7. The deposit fee to secure a unit is R20,000.00 (twenty thousand rand)
