The Lifestyle Levy is payable by all residents that live in the Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village. The purpose of the levy is to recover the costs that the Home Owners Association must incur to offer the Lifestyle offering. The Levy will be invoiced to residents on a monthly basis and will be calculated on a per person basis. The cost elements that the Levy will fund include the following:
