This Sectional Title Body Corporate Levy is only payable by the sectional title owners (i.e apartments, commercial, lifestyle and health care units) and is based on the costs that the Body Corporate must legally incur to meet its legislative mandate. This Levy that will be invoiced to sectional title owners will be calculated according to the pro rata size of their individual unit purchased.
