Home Owners Association Levy

The Home Owners Association Levy is calculated according to the size of the individual unit purchased and is payable by all owners. The monthly levy will be utilised to cover the operational running and maintenance costs of the Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village. The cost elements that the Levy will fund include the following:

Insurance of security infrastructure

Garden services

24 Hour security

Insurance of multi-purpose venue

Maintenance of common facilities

Maintenance of common roads

Water (Common areas)

External maintenance of all units

Electricity (Common areas)

HOA Management and staff

Ensuring compliance with rules

Public Liability insurance

Managing agreements with local authorities

Managing agreements with service providers

Managing the Health Care offering

Owners are responsible for maintaining the interior of their units, insurance on household contents, municipal rates and services, meals and cleaning services as needed. The Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village Association will be responsible for all external maintenance to all units.

Great care will be taken to minimise levies without compromising the quality of any services. The standard of services will have a direct impact on the reputation of the Klein-Begin Lifestyle Village and the value of the units on re-sale.
